How we handle children's data

Put it on the home screen.

No app store, no download. It opens full screen with its own icon, and works on the phone the kids already use.

On a laptop
  1. Open getpegboard.co.uk in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Look for the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar. It looks like a screen with a downward arrow.
  3. Click it, then “Install”.
  4. It gets its own window and its own icon, like a normal program.
On a different device?
On an iPhone or iPad
  1. Open getpegboard.co.uk in Safari. It has to be Safari, not Chrome.
  2. Tap the share button: the square with an arrow coming out of it.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. Tap “Add”. It's now an icon like any other app.
On an Android phone
  1. Open getpegboard.co.uk in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top corner.
  3. Tap “Install app”, or “Add to Home screen”.
  4. Confirm. It opens full screen, without the browser bar.
